Self-Love is Universal Compassion

To fill a cup, one must first have water to pour from. Our Inner Dialogue is how we interact with the universe, The way we behave towards ourselves is a direct effect to everybody around us. Reality is created out of how we treat each day right? One can manifest good people, practice not judging. The result is a more open mind. The characteristics that I enjoy about my self is a direct track to others. The aspects we believe about ourselves is reflected in the world we see, just like a mirror.  As for those who we keep distance from, that’s the black thoughts that make us uncomfortable. The misunderstood, that outcast feeling. Those are the aspects that we disprove about ourselves. It’s actually not the people that one must confront, it’s more along the lines of embracing the freak within ourselves. The best thing we can do is acknowledge it. See what there is to learn in our “regrets” filed folder. Not locked away, more like a shaky feeling of something scary in the closet. Meditation is sitting in Self-Acceptance. If those thoughts happen to bubble up, let them. Once they surface, they pop! Lose their Power! Float by! It is daily work to see through the lens of love. However, walking the path of practice is the best, most important, and really the one and only part. Simple Gratitude Practices
