Breakfast is a very sacred part of my day, but It also should be quick and simple. I prep this Cashew Cheese ahead of time to last me for about 3 mornings. It has the Fat, Calcium, and protein to start my day. I like to spread it on my toast, the cheesy tart flavor goes well with anything!
